1. DISTRIBUTION LOGISTICS & ORIGIN

All architectural garments verified and selected by VOID DEMIAN are shipped directly from our strategic logistics hubs in Italy, ensuring the highest level of European distribution standards.

2. DESTINATION MATRIX

We distribute our structural selections Worldwide. Wherever the youth culture infrastructure is building, we deploy.

3. TIMEFRAMES & COST PARAMETERS

• Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 3–7 business days across the European Union.
• Operational Windows: Our dispatch systems operate Monday to Friday. Please note that delivery windows are structural estimates and cannot be unconditionally guaranteed due to external courier variables.
• Calculation: Final distribution costs are calculated in real-time at the checkout phase based on mass and destination zone.

4. DUTIES, CUSTOMS & IMPORT REGULATION

4.1 EUROPEAN UNION (EU) COMMAND ZONE

All orders destination-routed within the EU are processed under protocols ensuring that no further payments for import VAT or customs duties should be required at the point of importation.

However, specific regional border controls may request verification data from the recipient to clear customs transit. Review the requirements below:

• ITALY: A valid Tax ID (Codice Fiscale) is required by our delivery partners to release the items.
• GREECE: Orders under €1,000 require a Tax ID. Orders exceeding €1,000 require an EORI number or a signed Power of Attorney.
• SLOVAKIA & LATVIA: You will be required to provide proof of payment and sign a standard Power of Attorney document.

4.2 OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (REST OF THE WORLD)

For orders deployed outside the European Union, duties and taxes are not prepaid. The recipient maintains full responsibility for any regional customs charges, import duties, or local taxes incurred during transit. These fees are strictly non-refundable.

5. SYSTEM EDITING / ADDRESS ALTERATIONS

Once an execution command (order) is completed, our automated routing system cannot modify the shipping or identification information provided during checkout.
