Intro
Seth, a higher-dimensional “energy personality”, was channeled by Jane Roberts from 1963 until her passing in 1984. I have read many of the Seth books that were channeled through Jane. He would occasionally emphasize concepts we should try to remember, starting with the words, “Remind yourself…”
Here are a few of his key reminders (slightly edited).
“REMIND YOURSELF — You are an integral part of the universe.”
- …The physical matter of your image [body and world] is filled with and formed by universal energy.
- …The spirit of life itself is continually within your experience and forms your physical body [and world].
- …“I am an excellent person. It is good and safe for me to express my own abilities, for in doing so I express the energy of the universe itself.”
“REMIND YOURSELF — Your body [and your world] does indeed have the capacity to heal itself.”
- …Your physical condition [body and world] is symbolic and not a permanent condition.
- …You are the one who has been projecting these ideas onto your [body and world] and you can remove the ideas.
- …Life implies action and motion, and even the activity of the most despondent thought flows in great bursts of rhythm.
- …“I am involved in a learning process, if I am daring enough to accept responsibility for my actions.”
“REMIND YOURSELF — Your thoughts form reality.”
- …Any situation can be changed for the better.
- …It is far more natural and probable for any problem to be solved, and every problem has a solution.
- …The most favorable solution to a problem is at least as probable as the most unfortunate “solution.”
- …“My success does not come from great intellect, great position, or great wealth; it is based on my inner integrity.”
- Remember that.

On Being an Individual and the Universe at the Same Time…
“To impress [the] universe on a conscious level, you stress your individuality, while at the same time trying to realize that your uniqueness rises each moment from that divine psychological fabric. When you are most yourself, you have the clearest channels to the fountainhead of your being, for you are acting according to the nature, the unique nature, of yourself — and also stressing the great infinity of being from which your own uniqueness emerges. You hold in your mind the thought of your individuality, and of its deep source, so that both thoughts are beautifully poised, bringing about an interaction between the two, that results in a kind of energy, an attraction, an electromagnetic recognition, that refreshes the entire being.”
