Get the most out of Prepd’s Dashboard app

Purge old files, remove team members, download activity reports, and more.

The Dashboard allows you to manage and monitor your team. Let’s make sure you start the school year right.

Remove old team members

Every year, some students graduate or leave your program. Remove old team members to open up space for new ones.

1. Navigate to the Team page (three user icon on the left)
2. Hover your cursor over the profile picture of a student on your team.
3. Click on the trashcan icon to remove the student.

Please note: if you remove a student, his or her caught articles will remain in Prepd. The articles will be reassigned to the coach.

Purge old files

If you used Prepd last year, chances are you have lots of files and folders that are old and outdated. We recommend purging old files to open up space and improve performance.

1. Click on the “App Settings” (four squares) icon on the left
2. Under “Delete Articles,” adjust a time frame for deleting old files
3. Deleting old files will create empty folders. Switch the toggle to on if you want to automatically delete empty folders.

You can also log into Extemp and delete folders/subfolders en masse, or use multi-select to bulk delete articles.

Download activity reports

Beyond reviewing analytics in the Team page, or on a use profile, you can also download activity reports. From the App Settings page, beneath the Delete articles option, you can select a date range and download an activity report. The file you download will be a .csv file you may open in Excel. It will break down the number of articles filed by each student on your team during a period of time.
