Millow

Introducing a new way to buy and sell Real Estate. I am delighted to share a new decentralized application entitled Millow. Millow is a decentralized application inspired by Zillow. Millow facilitates Real Estate transactions for buying and selling property. Millow implements two contracts. The first contract mints the token (property) and puts it up for sale. The second contract manages the entire transaction process from buying to inspecting and finalizing the sale. A user will connect to the application with their Metamask wallet. Once connected, the user will be able to purchase the property, follow the transactions, and obtain ownership. After finalization, the property is then placed under the user’s wallet address and updated to display the new ownership. This is a breakthrough for the Real Estate industry and is paving the way for Real Estate transactions across the blockchain. I cannot wait to see how blockchain shapes the future of Real Estate.
