Very Perturbed

Last time I checked the Law, it was children under the age of 18 years in any circumstance should not be allowed to use Corex, Iodex, Tobacco Drugs or inhaler of any sorts to kill the pain.

If you have seen them on streets please raise the voice to Police or authorities nearby. What authorities and Police can do without being rude or abusive.

I have come up with only one idea during meditation.

Police should be given Skipping Ropes and should have with them all the times. If they find out any such cases of bstantards. Hold those children on street and ask them to Skip Ropes multiple times until they CRY.

Hope you understand why I am saying this.
