The Simulation, Gods and us

A Cosmological Guess

If this is a simulation. If we were incredibly bored in the perfect love and acceptance of the afterlife. If we were climbing the walls bored. Wanting, begging for anything else but perfect love and acceptance. If this world/Universe was created for us to have ‘anything else but perfect love and acceptance’. Then where do the Gods, spirits, etc, fit in?

I would start by guessing that this universe was created with spiritual energy as part of the package. Or the universe as accumulated spiritual energy since its inception. Or both.

Anyway, there is spiritual energy. Sort of like a cosmic background or fabric can support spiritual entities. Thus I would guess that Gods, Goddesses, Fey, Angels, Demons, etc, (at least the ones we most interact with) live within the spiritual fabric of this universe.

Well, no, Gods and others could have pre existed before this universe. and could primary live outside it and still interact with us inside it.

Better to guess that new spirits/entities/egregores can form and be sustained by the accumulated spiritual energy of this universe. New spirits/entities formed within. Older spirits/entities live beyond.

But here is an interesting note.

In the modern world of consciousness, we usually have to do something to interact with spiritual entities. Ok, that might include actions by our parents or others. But I surmise that spirit entities forcing their way into our lives while we are closed is pretty rare. That it is the exception, not the rule. Why is that? If there are Gods, Angels, Demons of vast experience, why don’t they take over more?

I’m going to go out on an extra small limb, beyond all my other conjecture, to postulate that the reason our free will, our choices, reign unchallenged as much as they do, is that this universe was created for us, not them.

Meaning it was not created as a playground for Gods or Goddesses. Nor was this universe was created for the Fey to run rampant. Or as a battlefield for Angles and Demons to fight it out. It was created for us to have experiences. To get our fill of ‘anything except perfect love and acceptance’. Thus we have First Choice.

First Choice meaning: Spirit entities have to give us some place, some space, give some recognition, or priority to our choices of: The culture and society we build. The relationships and families and communities we build. Which spirits we call or banish. Which entities worship and feed and which we suppress or ignore.

That is not to say we are more powerful then they. Only that we get first dibs on what happens here.

This might also be why religions/belief systems are enforced by human efforts, not by the Gods. Why didn’t a God or Goddess save their temple/city/people? Why do they allow conversion by the sword? Because it is the First Choice of humans as to what human lives, families, communities, nations are like. Who rules. Who rises and who falls. Humans have First Choice.
