Hi guys,

It’s already been a few weeks. I’ve been quite busy with the end of my semester in Mexico and my final exams. Well, not so much because of the exams, they were probably the easiest exams of my entire life. Which was great, because I had more fun things to do. I finally went clubbing several times during the last three weeks before leaving. I had such a great time. I wasn’t sure at first because it’s not really my thing, but after seeing everyone having fun, I started thinking that maybe I was missing out on something.

Well, let me tell you, I experienced the best night of my life. I was a little drunk, to be honest, but I think it helped me feel more relaxed and less stressed in the moment. I discovered that I actually enjoy partying, at least in Mexico. Mexicans know how to have fun. They are not afraid to mix with others, talk to people, and share experiences. What I am going to miss most is that I have never felt as free as I did during that particular night.

I was in my own world and, at the same time, in everyone else’s. And apart from that guy who kept following me around (don’t worry, he was nice and polite, just too shy; sometimes you simply have to be brave and make a move while still being respectful, of course), it is a night I will remember for a long time because I truly felt like myself.

I hope that you, too, can find a moment when you feel completely free, beyond judgment, and that you can relive that feeling again and again. I have not been able to relive it over and over, but I am grateful that I got to discover this part of myself that feels so light.
