You may never truly know how much your warmth mattered to someone silently carrying invisible battles each day.

But slowly, life begins asking the body for more rest than the heart is willing to give.

And somewhere between pain, exhaustion, and endless thoughts, my words have grown tired too.

So today, I am placing them down gently… not with bitterness, not with regret, but with gratitude.

Chronic migraines have quietly changed the rhythm of my days, and for now, I need to choose rest over writing.

Maybe some journeys are not meant to last forever. Maybe some people arrive only to remind us that we were never truly alone.
