ZuVillage Special Round: Announcing Our Winners 🌱

ZuVillages emerged as the living continuation of the original Zuzalu experiment — pop-up cities where people test new ways to live, govern, and build together. Many of these communities run on volunteer labor, shared tools, and a lot of invisible work.

The ZuVillage Special Round was created to:

• Recognize public-good contributions inside and around ZuVillages
• Reward projects that are transparent, accountable, and community-aligned
• Test how “My Sieve” on Pensieve: Curate your own Grant Program

Over the past two weeks, projects created or updated a public page on Pensieve.ecf.network, then let the Elderwand Evaluation Engine and community voting do the rest.

Today, we’re excited to announce the winners of the ZuVillage Special Round, powered by the ECF Pensieve Perennial Grant Experiment, one focused on transparency, accountability, and public-good work that deserves sunlight.

Next week, we’re opening Community Challenge Week for the ZuVillage Special Round winners. The community will verify that each winner’s item page is up to date and meets our core eligibility (ZuVillage • public good • no investment(including grant-based support) • no traded token, ). Please contribute your writing and knowledge to the project pages. Only challenges on core eligibility can change the ranking.
