When will you ever realise that everything you do is slowly ruining me?

You’re not doing anything, you’re just sitting there breathing, but my world still feels like it’s shaking. My heart starts beating faster just from seeing your face, from the way you smile. I like how you make my day brighter just by being you, just by your smile alone.

I think you’re slowly ruining me, day by day, but the worst part is I like how it feels. When will you ever realise that everything you do is slowly ruining me?

I know it might sound weird, but I like seeing you every time. I’ve gotten used to being like this, used to seeing your smile. Now, in every class we share, I expect you to show up with your friends, your bag on your shoulder, and that laughter that somehow fills my heart. And what’s even worse is that I still look for you in places I know you’ll never be, even when I don’t expect you to come, especially when I know you won’t.

I want you to see me the way I see you, but I know you probably never will. Still, if you ever do I’ll be here in the corner, waiting for you to come and ruin me, freely, whenever you want.
