Day-34 Note of VIth Semester

Computer vision was the first class as usual, backpropagation with example was explained, how the weights are updated, with delta notations and connectivity to previous sessions. I had put myself through thought process of why not study everything from blogs as I am lot more interested in it and believe that I learn fater and better through blogs. I shall implement it right from today starting with convolution neural networks, no searching for perfect one, but just read through them all the time replacing scrolling.

Second hour was human computer interaction, analysis of UI/UX design, with diversified examples of apps, IRCTC railways booking with such a large database, UPI payment apps that handle billions of transactions everyday, e-commerce like flipkart that handle billions of orders, returns and shipment, and food delivery like zomato. Based on the necessity of user, specific UI/UX designs are built and a case study was discussed.

Security class was based on server side security that involved impartisl overflow attacks. Multiple network security attacks like XSS, CSRF, SQL and XML injections, directory traversal/command injections, malicious shell code. Defending against shellcode, content analysis which is of two types: static and dynamic analysis.

This was a 34 days journey to write blogs continoulsy in this semester. I truly enjoy writing these note, but I have decided to stop writing this every day as currently I am occupied with lot of commitments and to start something new, I should have either finished the earlier one or have to drop it. This is not an end of writing, but just prioritizing things well for better time management. I am replacing this with self explanations and written practice over digital typing. Practicing problems, written practice and explaining them aloud. Definitely, I am revising all the concepts through reading them aloud and clearing the daytoday doubts rather than piling them up and just mentioning key words and headings here. I am thankful and grateful that I have stayed consistent over 34 days for writing this note and showed up every day no matter how bad some days were. I am grateful. I shall keep writing once in a while about my thoughts and intuitions with gracefully woven sentences.
