1. The ND-type electric wire rope hoist combines advanced technology with manufacturing expertise to create an energy-efficient, environmentally friendly product. The drum unit is parallel to the motor and is connected via a reducer. This layout results in compact dimensions.

2. The lifting motor uses a dual-speed, squirrel-cage braking motor with 2/12 poles. It is designed to be low-vibration and quiet. The motor housing, which is formed from aluminum alloy by extrusion in order to reduce weight and increase heat dissipation, is made out of aluminum alloy. The gears are made from low-carbon steel alloy using the carburizing process, quenching, and grinding. Gear surface hardness is greater than 60 HR, and manufacturing precision is grade 6 or better. The reducer is designed to be maintenance-free, and the transmission gears are submerged in oil while operating.

3. The brake system uses a maintenance-free, electromagnetic disc brake that has a minimum safety factor of 1.8. The brake clearance is automatically adjusted when the brake pads are worn. 3. The fireproof limiter on the electric wire rope lift is a safety feature designed to avoid accidents by preventing the hook from going beyond its maximum position. The limiter can only be used to set upper and lower limits. It cannot be removed arbitrarily.

4. To prevent accidents, it is forbidden to suspend heavy loads above people or equipment that could cause an accident.

5. If the brake fails and the body is rapidly fixed during operation, press the upward button immediately to raise the load a certain distance. Press the downward button then to lower the weight at normal speed. Immediately identify and eliminate the problem after unloading.

6. To prevent component deformation, it is not recommended to suspend heavy loads in the air for prolonged periods.

7. If the button fails or the contacts of the contactor become jammed, it is necessary to immediately cut the power, identify the problem, and eliminate the fault.

8. Remove the guide rope ring and neatly reorganize any tangled or loose wire rope before reinstalling it. Continue rotating the drum to loosen the wire rope. This could damage the guide.

9. Do not press two buttons at the same time to reverse the motion of the electric wire-rope hoist.

10. To ensure safety, after use, the hook must be raised at least 2 meters,s and the power switch turned off.

11. The wire rope’s end must be secured. Keep the surface of the wire rope clean and inspect it regularly for wear. Follow operating procedures and control waste.
