In the DFAS-FEP architecture, the Conditional Self-Neutralization and Comprehensive Security Shutdown Protocol (CSN-CSSP) is not just a set of automated security measures — it’s a tightly governed mechanism bound by a clear authorization hierarchy.

Why? Because when you’re dealing with final sovereignty over AI logic, doctrinal archives, and cryptographic assets, who decides matters just as much as what is done.

Sovereignty Through Structure

The CSN-CSSP doesn’t leave decisions to technical systems alone. It embeds multi-tiered human governance to ensure accountability, traceability, and strategic legitimacy.

Here’s how the authority chain works:
