New Features on Vket Booth Maker: Uploading “My Items”, Item Pickup, and Group Links
In this article, we’ll introduce new features available in Vket Booth Maker, a tool that allows you to submit your Space Exhibition to Virtual Market directly from your browser. These features include:
The new upload process for your own 3D assets/avatars as “My Items” and “Avatars”, to be placed in your Vket exhibition
The “Item Pickup” function, which allows users to pickup items in VRChat
How to use “VketGroupPageOpener” to add a link to your VRChat Group page
🔷 Uploading My Items / Avatars
🔹 How to Access Booth Maker
First, click on the icon in the top right corner of the Virtual Market official website, login, and select “Booth Maker” to open the Vket Booth Maker page.

🔹 How to Upload My Items
From the “Items/ Avatar Assets Available in the room” section, select Items, then click the Upload button.

You’ll see the asset upload page as below. Click “Upload File” in the upper left, and choose the file you want to upload. Please note that only .glb format is supported. Refer to this page for instructions on how to create .glb data.

✅ GLB File Specifications & Notes
Required Format:
- UV Range: 0.0–1.0
- Scale: ±2m width/depth, 0–5m height from origin (0,0,0)
- File Format: GLB (Exported from Blender or other tools without compression) File name, material name, and texture name must not have full-width (e.g. Kanji, Hiragana) characters
- Texture Ratio: 1:1 Square
- Texture Pixel Size must be a power of 2 (e.g. 64×64,1024×1024)
Recommended:
- Check appearance in the Booth Maker’s Room, by placing the Item as a furniture
- Export using Blender (CAD softwares are not recommended)
- File Size: 1MB or under
- Poly Count: 15,000 or under
- Transform Scale on Blender should be set as “1.0”
- Item’s color should be defined using the texture file rather than material colors
- On asset upload, a box collider will be added by referring to the maximum height/width value. Therefore, multiple furniture assets should not be bundled as a single GLB data
Example that may cause issues: Uploading a ceiling light and sofa bundled together and exported as a single glb file. After placing thjs asset in the Room, the player may be unable to enter the area when the box collider is ON. When the collider is set to OFF, the player will not be able to stand on the sofa, and items may not be placed as intended.
Once upload is complete, the uploaded model will appear on screen. Set the item name and thumbnail, then click the Register button at the bottom right.

After registration, a thumbnail of your item will appear in the items section.

🔹 How to Upload Avatars
From the same “Items/Avatars usable in the room” section, select Avatars, then click the Upload button.

The asset upload screen will appear. Click “Upload File” in the upper left, and choose your file. Only VRM (0.x) format is supported. Refer here for how to create VRM files.
✅ VRM File Specifications & Notes
- VRM1.0 is not supported, and file size must be 30MB or under.
- While polygon count is not restricted, Vket cannot guarantee quality of appearance or performance of the avatar.
- Only png files are supported as the avatar’s texture. If using jpg or other formats, please convert to png.
Example:
- Polygon Count for VketChan 01: 17,352 *This example is for reference purposes, reducing the poly count to meet this number is not mandatory.
Once uploaded, the model will appear on screen. Set the avatar name and thumbnail, then click Register. If your VRM file includes a name and thumbnail, these will be applied automatically.

After registration, the avatar will appear in the avatar section.

Note: This section also displays avatars registered via Vket Cloud. For details about using avatars on Vket Cloud, please see the page below: *Article in Japanese
