Maybe it was the cool breeze quietly whistling a familiar tune. Or, maybe it was the sunlight, gently casting its hue onto the sides of my fence. Whatever it was, I could feel it, the specific feeling that haunts me on days like this. White turning grey, colours fading.
What is left now? But to take it all in, breathe, b r e a t h e Eyes closed, arms stretching, muscles contracting and relaxing, restless, yet distinctly comfortable.
It’s just one of those days…one of those days I miss now.
