🚩Today is 2nd October 2022. Today we celebrate Gandhi Jayanti. Today we will celebrate the 153rd birth anniversary. I thought that I should also write something about my father of the nation, that is why I am writing this article. Due to the contribution of Bapu Ji to independence, he was given the title of “Father of the Nation” (Rashtrapita).

🚩Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, who is popularly known as Mahatma Gandhi, was born on 2 October 1869 in Porbandar, Gujarat. 1930 Dandi marched and did Salt Satyagraha. People affectionately call Gandhiji “Bapu”. The whole country remembers Bapu on this day. Even if it is so, the most important contribution to the independence of this country has been Gandhiji.

🚩He had awakened the spirit of freedom in the hearts of the people fans all over the country. Bollywood has also made many films in memory of Gandhiji. In these films, all such nuances related to Gandhi have been shown, which you may not have known till now.

🚩On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, know about those five films related to Gandhiji, which will awaken the patriotism inside you, and not only this you will be able to feel that after so many sacrifices we are free today.

🚩1 — -Gandhi (1982) British actor Ben Kingsley was in the lead role in this film on Gandhiji. The film was directed by Richard Attenborough in the year 1982. The film won 8 Oscar awards. This film is one of the best films made about the life of Gandhiji.

🚩2 — -The Making of Mahatma Gandhi(1996) In this Shyam Benegal film, actor Rajat Kapoor played the role of Gandhi. He received the National Award for Best Actor for his stellar performance in the film. The film depicts the 21 years of Mahatma Gandhi’s life, which he spent in South Africa.

🚩3 — -Hey Ram (2000) The film revolves around the assassination of Gandhi. Naseeruddin Shah played the character of Mahatma Gandhi in the film. The film starred Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Atul Kulkarni, Girish Karnad, and Ompuri in the lead roles.

🚩4 — -Gandhi My Father (2007) The film is based on Mahatma Gandhi and his relationship with his son Hiralal Gandhi. The film featured Darshan Jariwala as Gandhi and Akshaye Khanna as Hiralal Gandhi. The film was very spectacular, the film also won the National Award.

🚩5 —Mainne Gaandhee Ko Nahin Maara (2005) Anupam Kher and Urmila Matondkar were in the lead roles in this film. The film revolves around a retired Hindi professor who believes that he has killed Mahatma Gandhi. Anupam Kher also received the National Award for this film.

🚩The whole of India addresses him as ‘Bapu’ and ‘Father of the Nation’. No one else has received such a respectful address in Indian history.

🚩On August 15, 1947, our country got freedom from the slavery of the British. Kavivar Pradeep has rightly said this-

🚩Mahatma Gandhi was a great leader of the world-class. The end of such a great man was on 30 January 1948 due to a bullet injury. Mahatma Gandhi became immortal by saying ‘Hey Ram. His Samadhi Rajghat is a place of pilgrimage for social workers.
