CEO Letter | The Foundation Pillar for 2026

Dear partners, customers, and members of the Cuemby ecosystem,
As I look back at 2025, one word clearly defines the year: focus. Focus, supported by discipline, for a convenient reason — because many organizations need to grow and scale without letting infrastructure become a constant drain of time, money, and energy.
That reality pushed us to make a decision that reordered almost everything else we do at Cuemby: placing cloud infrastructure at the center of our operating model.
The foundation: why Cloud became the core
Since 2018, Cuemby’s core business has been helping companies design, implement, and operate cloud and infrastructure technologies. Over time, we built a broad ecosystem to support business outcomes: technical audits, infrastructure assessments, roadmaps, DevOps platforms, training programs, and hands-on implementation services.
But something was missing.
We had the expertise, we had the processes, we had the tooling.
What we didn’t fully control was the cloud layer itself — the very foundation on which everything else depends.
That gap is what led to **Cuemby Cloud**.
Today, Cuemby Cloud is not just another product in our portfolio. It is the pillar of Cuemby and the element that closes the full technology lifecycle we offer to the market. With cloud at the center, the rest of our ecosystem finally operates as a coherent, end-to-end system.

What we learned in 2025
Once the cloud moved to the center, patterns became impossible to ignore. Through audits and technical reviews, we repeatedly saw why organizations lose hundreds of thousands — and sometimes millions — of dollars every year:
- Overprovisioned capacity was kept “just in case.”
- Duplicated environments (dev, test, staging) cost nearly as much as production.
- Uncontrolled storage growth from snapshots, orphaned disks, and unclear retention policies
- Network and data transfer costs surfaced too late because they weren’t reviewed during the architecture phase.
- Weak governance: unclear ownership, metrics without accountability, decisions without baselines
- Manual operations that turn into long-term technical debt, slowing delivery, and increasing incidents
Understanding the real starting point changes everything. When you see the baseline clearly, it becomes possible to build stronger technical foundations, enable new development, reduce costs, and sustain innovation over time.

In many cases, we saw cost reductions between 40% and 60%, depending on usage patterns and operational maturity. More importantly, that efficiency directly translated into greater competitiveness.
The ecosystem around the cloud
With Cuemby Cloud as the foundation, every other part of our portfolio found its proper role — as complementary layers that add value where each organization needs it most.

Cuemby Platform and ElsaAI
Cuemby Platform allowed us to standardize operations on Kubernetes with automation and guardrails that reduce daily friction. ElsaAI added speed and clarity — turning scattered signals like inventories, configurations, risks, and costs into executable decisions and actionable plans.
Cuemby TechScore
Cuemby TechScore brings that same discipline to technology due diligence, scoring companies across People, Process, Technology, and Product so investment and governance decisions stay consistent and evidence-based.
Professional Services
We reinforced a high-impact services model with clear, measurable deliverables, including:
- Infrastructure baselines and technical foundations
- Cost optimization and operational efficiency (FinOps applied to architecture and operations)
- Workload modernization and migration (Kubernetes and platform dependencies)
- Observability and reliability (SRE, SLIs, SLOs)
- Technical due diligence for M&A and investment decisions
Training and Workshops
This area remains as crucial to me as any product. Sustainable operations require internal knowledge. In 2025, we delivered workshops for education, government, telecom, and IT teams — because today’s environment demands skills that used to be “nice to have” and are now essential: cost-aware operations, security, reliability, and automation. Well-designed training creates shared language, standards, and autonomy — so operations don’t depend on heroes.
Our priorities for 2026
Looking ahead, our direction is clear:
- Consolidate Cuemby Cloud as the most direct foundation for operating with absolute cost control, reliability, and a clear adoption path.
- Scale infrastructure baselines and technical foundation reviews as the starting point for every roadmap — making risks visible and decisions consistent.
- Integrate the whole ecosystem (cloud, DevOps, AI, services, and training) so that adoption, operation, optimization, and governance follow a simple, coherent path.
Internally, 2026 is also about operating with greater precision: clearer priorities, more substantial ownership, and more direct communication across all teams.
We will continue improving Cuemby Cloud and every solution in our portfolio so we can keep delivering real, measurable value to customers, partners, and ecosystems across the region.
Thank you

To our customers and partners: thank you for trusting us and building alongside us. To the Cuemby team: thank you for showing up every day, solving the urgent without losing sight of what truly matters, and improving even when no one is watching.
If you’re evaluating your next steps, **let’s talk**. At Cuemby, we always start with your reality — what you have today, what you want to achieve, and what’s holding you back. From there, we build a simple, structured plan to move forward.
Sincerely,
**Angel Ramirez **CEO, Cuemby January 2026
