So often we put on a brave face to meet the world. We dress ourselves for every occasion, well aware of the societal expectations that bear upon us.
But Spirit wants you to shift your focus away from how you seem to the world and turn your awareness to how you feel within.
Your experience of your emotions, your memories, and your bodily awareness — these things matter most and have the power to shape your reality for the best.
This is especially true when it comes to how you inhabit your body.
How you sit and stand, what you feed yourself, how you adorn yourself should be a reflection of your highest hopes for your well-being.
Spirit wants you to examine the state of mind you’re in when you’re fully present with your body, just as it is.
In particular, it’s time to rewrite old narratives and shed the snake skin of former selves.
Move your body in ways that feel good to you — not in ways that look good to others. Wear clothes that make you feel at ease in your sacred vessel — not in clothes that secure social approval.
Honor the realness of your materiality. Balance the tendency to overthink with new habits that establish a sense of being-ness in your body.
To do this, you’ll have to re-acquaint yourself with yourself in each and every moment. Spirit encourages you to consistently check in with your body, listen for its signals, take its advice, and trust in its subtle wisdom.

Your willingness to stand apart and alone is beyond badass; but I sense the energy of isolation is present in your aura.
When you’re the first to forge a new path, you often walk that path alone. And while that can be invigorating and inspiring, it can also be lonely.
Spirit wants me to reach out to you to remind you that you have the strength of character and the fortitude to be your own companion and confidant.
