XCR Swap — Complete Guide

XCR Swap is now live.

This guide explains how the XCR Swap works, how to apply, and the important information you should review before submitting your swap application.

1. How to Apply

You can apply to convert your XCROLL Points into XCR within the allocation assigned to your current level.

Once your application is submitted, the required Points are deducted immediately.

Swap applications cannot be cancelled, and deducted Points will not be refunded. Please review your application carefully before submitting.

2. Level Allocation & Swap Limits

Each level has its own:

• XCR allocation
• Swap ratio
• Maximum XCR per user

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once a level’s allocation is exhausted, applications for that level will automatically close.

If the application period ends, applications will no longer be accepted even if allocation remains.

3. XCR Distribution

The XCR you apply for will be transferred to your registered wallet address on the scheduled distribution date for each swap round.

The distribution schedule can be checked on the Swap screen in the app.

4. Wallet Registration

Before applying, you must register the wallet address that will receive your XCR.

Once a wallet address has been registered, it cannot be changed or removed.

Notice!

Exchange (CEX) wallet addresses are not recommended because receiving XCR may not be supported properly.

Please register a personal wallet such as ZIGAP or MetaMask.

5. Event & Benefit Notifications

Swap applications are available only to users who have agreed to receive Event & Benefit Notifications.

This setting can be changed in the app:

Settings → Event & Benefit Notifications

6. Adding XCR Network & Token

If you are using a personal wallet other than ZIGAP, please add the following information to your wallet before checking your XCR.

• XP (A small amount of XP is required as gas when transferring XCR.)

Important Notice

• Applications are available only during the application period.
• Points are deducted immediately after submitting a swap application.
• Submitted applications cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Applications close automatically when a level’s allocation is exhausted.
• Wallet addresses cannot be changed after registration.
• Please verify your wallet address carefully before submitting your application.
