This post is intended to inform you about the movement of $XPLA between wallets from March 19th.

[Details on Token Transfer] 1.Transfer of $XPLA to support the #97 proposal ‘Validation Settlement’

1. DAO-01_Vesting S.C -> Validation Settlement 2.1 Program Fee store wallet

• Total amount : 8,712,000 $XPLA
• Transfer of allocated $XPLA in accordance with the approval of XPLA governance proposal #97.

2. Transfer of $XPLA in accordance with the Partnership Agreement

1. DAO-01_Vesting S.C > Artue Wallet

• Amount of the token movement: 10,000,000 $XPLA
• Vesting Period: December 15, 2025 ~ December 15, 2027
• Vesting Condition: It is scheduled to be claimed once during the vesting period.

2. DAO-01_Vesting S.C > Artue Wallet

• Amount of the token movement: 100,000,000 $XPLA
• Vesting Period: March, 2026 ~ December, 2029
• Vesting Condition: Quarterly distributions on the 15th, totaling 16 distributions.

The transfer schedules and amounts may be subject to change due to transaction fees. Transfers can be verified through the CONX Explorer. Please note that the transferred tokens will not be included in the circulating supply until they are claimed.

The monthly vested tokens will not exceed the Estimated Circulating Supply Schedule. Following the completion of the token transfer, more detailed information will be disclosed through a subsequent official announcement.
