Today’s Spelling Bee letters are C, I, L, M, P, O, and center E (all words must include E). This pangram, or combination of seven letters, has appeared twice before:
- February 2, 2022 (center letter M)
- June 5, 2021 (center letter L)
And in February of last year, we picked the dord emic* to write about.
If, based on the photo at the top of today’s article, you’re thinking that emic is connected to elephants somehow… you’re kinda correct. This dord* is tangentially related.
Ever heard the story about the sightless dudes and the pachyderm? You may remember it as “the blind men and the elephant”. Well, it appears in our article. But in order to find out why, you’ll have to accept our dangerous dare and click on the link below. (You’ll also be able to enjoy a short conversation about philosophy that Bruce Thomas and I had… and add to it if you wish.)

What’s a dord, you ask? Well, we happen to have the answer!
