I’m the world’s first, apparently. A friend at Google told me so.

My book, RAS: Reticular Activating System, is apparently the world’s first — and as of January 2026, the only — comprehensive text dedicated to the RAS since its discovery in 1949.

I didn’t set out to fill a void. I simply wrote what needed to exist.
