It is with sincere regret that we share an important update regarding our long-standing exchange partner, ProBit Global.

ProBit Global has officially announced the complete termination of all exchange services, citing a rapidly evolving regulatory environment and strategic business restructuring. This decision affects all listed assets and all users, without exception.

GMCoin and ProBit: A Shared History

GMCoin has been listed on ProBit Global since October 25, 2021, marking more than four years of uninterrupted trading history on the platform. During this period, ProBit served as an important venue for price discovery, liquidity, and global exposure for GMCoin.

For this reason, the closure of ProBit Global is deeply saddening for us as a project team. It represents not just the end of a listing, but the conclusion of a chapter that accompanied GMCoin through multiple market cycles.

This is not a delisting decision specific to GMCoin. ProBit Global is shutting down entirely as an exchange, and all assets are impacted equally.

What This Means for GMCoin Holders

According to ProBit Global’s official timeline:

• Spot trading ends: January 28, 2026
• Withdrawal-only period continues until: February 26, 2026
• Final asset recovery deadline (after fees): April 1, 2026

All users provided that KYC requirements are completed, as confirmed directly by ProBit Global’s operations team.

⚠️ Critical Reminder: Assets that are not withdrawn within the specified timeframes risk being permanently lost, in accordance with ProBit Global’s published policies.

GMCoin Project Status

We want to be absolutely clear with our community:

• GMCoin is not shutting down
• The GMCoin blockchain and ecosystem remain fully active
• This situation is not the result of any issue, investigation, or action against GMCoin
• The impact arises solely from ProBit Global’s global service termination

We strongly encourage all GMCoin holders who still have balances on ProBit Global to withdraw their assets as soon as possible to a self-custodial wallet or another supported environment.
