With the kitchen designed by Ken Winch of Buckingham Palace and Thailand’s most well respected chefs, Vermilion Restaurant prime responsibility is to make sure it creates the most delectable and beautiful cuisine. Cinnabar has held Manchester’s most style driven parties such as Fashion TV, Hermes and Louis Vuitton, providing guests with a kaleidoscophic fantasy world of futuristic art, culture and sound. Cinnabar’s main appeal is its futuristic design, its leftfield synth pop music, the glamour / hipster chic crowd and the 6 cocoon shaped pods dotted around the Cinnabar, each with its own beds and personal waiters (cocoon names: Futura, Angels & Airwaves, Crystal Castles, Daft Punk, 1984, Akira).
