Do Women Test Men? Yes—But Not the Way You Think

Compatibility isn’t a pop quiz.

There’s a common fear among men that women are constantly testing them—setting traps, looking for weaknesses.

But the truth is that most of us test men to see if they have long-term potential. It’s good practice.

But it’s not a sinister “test” where we examine every little thing about a guy to look for faults or have something to blame him for when a relationship fails.

It’s just what men also do to see if they’re compatible with someone they’re dating. Do we have the same sense of humor? Do we have similar goals in life?

How does he act when he’s drunk? What kind of relationship does he have with his family? Will he be a respectful and loyal partner?

It’s part of getting to know each other and making sure you end up with someone who will actually love and take care of you.
