The one thing AI can’t fix in either tool

1. If your underlying data model is broken, neither Copilot nor Tableau Pulse will save you. AI cannot fix bad business logic.
2. The fundamentals still matter more than the AI features — clean data, a proper star schema, and understanding what your stakeholder actually needs from a dashboard.
3. Don’t make your entire identity about being a “Power BI developer” or a “Tableau developer.” Invest in the underlying BI concepts that transfer to any tool.
