Time for Us to Elevate: Open Up

Pushing Our Culture on Others is an Immature Act

We have dominated Musical Culture for decades — all the way back to USA’s Motown, right here in The Motor City — Detroit, Michigan.

We have created Trends that come One after Another. The pattern is clear. People look up to us.

Perhaps, now we chill on needing Other Groups to Love our Culture.

It shows insecurity, if One has any Psych background at all.

I dare say that part of the “Look Up to Us” is the intimidation factor. Others Want to be seen as powerful, of course.

Our Sports Figures, larger than Life, and Large in general — are looked up to… To be feared is strong, ya…? Not the most attractive part of this whole dialectic.

It is time for us to be Smart as well, in Society.

Let Others have their Culture Now. Let others Play THEIR Music at get-togethers. To be honest, it’s a Big World folks.

As we travel more, as Minorities, our mindset opens up, just like any one else. It is a gift to see more than one’s literal Own Town or County.

Let us consider to Act like Equals, not just say that we are.

When We do this, as a group, we will immediately see the results —

More Respect — that which we may presently claim is still lagging, societally.

More and better Opportunities in Life and Business — —

All-around fairness.

Plus a better Vibe for all.
