🌟 Your Plans

Oversee the design, development, and architecture of the backend with Node.js.

Create scalable systems and APIs from the ground up and optimize them.

Encourage conversations on database performance, security, and system design.

Work together with cross-functional teams for design, product, and frontend (ReactJS).

Raise the bar for code standards and mentor younger developers.

Assume responsibility for the entire development process, from conception to implementation.

💡 What We’re Looking For 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience in Node.js.

Deep understanding of System Design, SQL Databases, and DSA.

Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Working knowledge of ReactJS is a plus for full-stack collaboration.

Strong problem-solving skills, team leadership, and communication abilities.

🚀 Bonus Points For Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Prior experience leading small to mid-sized teams.
