Your parents got you here.
Teachers, schools, and universities taught you, my dear.
Your job got you some money.
Then you got a car for yourself and your honey.
You went far and tried to see if you raised the bar.
Note: You can still read the article here if you are not a medium member.
You can go as far as you like in life. But, there always will be someone who is ahead of you and someone who is behind you. The sooner you accept it, the better you feel.
This is life. It is relative.
Then you may think, what am I doing and where am I heading?
This is where *living with intent* helps out. You take a step back to gain clarity and perspective through reflection and strategic thinking.
You analyze your life. That helps you evaluate your journey so far and plan the road ahead of you. You make intentional goals that help you do, be, and have what is most meaningful to you at the current stage of life. Remember, you can always do, be, and have more.
“Life has meaning only if you do what is meaningful to you.” — Alan Cohen
Next, you may ask what immediate steps I can take to analyze my situation.
I created a 4F framework (with YOU as the focal point) that can be used to analyze the current situation and a quick future vision for yourself.
4F Framework is a tool for analysis and goal setting to live a life with intent

4F Framework for life analysis (created by the Author)
You can use the 4F Framework as mentioned in the steps below:
- You focus on 4 key parts of life — Fitness (holistic health), Family (relationships), Finance (wealth), and Fun (joy)
- You dive into sub-areas in each quadrant.
- You give yourself (the current version) a score (1–5) where 1 means you need to start working and 5 means you are on top of things in this area.
- You then add the score (between 0–55) and evaluate your current state. You find the band that you fit and take the next steps.
Band A (score between 0–22): Time to get going | Next step: Create a score for a future version of you, and set specific goals.
Band B (score between 23–49): Need to step up | You are on the right track, why not level up?
Band C (score between 50–55): Keep up the game! | Stay focused and keep going.
You can re-use the 4F Framework to give a score you intend to reach and set specific goals. The best part is that this is a flexible framework. You can start with the recommended framework however feel free to add more sub-areas if need be.

Whether you’re just starting or feeling stuck, the 4F Method encourages you to step back, assess, and take intentional steps toward a more fulfilling life. It’s a reminder that we can shape our path and strive for greater joy and satisfaction.
Remember, you can be, do, and have much more.
