“The Stalwart Spirit within you.”

(The wisdom a human carry is unmatchable; he needs to discover it.)

A ‘Stalwart spirit’ means having a strong, steady, and resilient inner character, especially when facing difficulty or adversity.

Stand up and go near a mirror. Look closely, and think if it is really, you or someone else living inside you.

(Can you feel who you are?)

Even I stood once, and I couldn’t recognize who was standing in that mirror. That wasn’t me. It was society and its disturbing standards.

Now, after a year, I stand in front of the mirror and observe, and that was the first time I met myself. How did I meet myself?

I got hurt by something I never wished to have. I kept following it because of others’ pressure, and then it hurt me and left me with trauma. I took a lot of stress, and as a result, my right facial muscles weakened. I experienced 24 hours of twitching under my eyes. I can’t even fill air in my mouth or chew properly.

The thought that led me to this condition was: I failed at this thing; I would fail in my writing, too. But, no, I decided to give it a chance, and now I’m near the completion of my most favorite novel that represents me in the true sense. Once I began, I didn’t look back, and it took almost three months to reach the end.

I learnt that giving a chance to your true will is never a waste. Don’t doubt; just go and choose it. Even if it works or not, at least it will bring satisfaction to you. Don’t listen to others; do the thing that you love, and that loves you too.

In this writing journey, I experienced a dream that depicted the image of every human being. I also decided to write it in my book introduction, because it matters. Let me share…

My Point of View:

My only POV is to make this world a world of understanding (our perspectives and others’ opinions too). We are no one to judge others because we are even unaware of who we really are. It’s so easy to ditch others, but people never want to look at their flaws; rather, they overlook them. I wish that if I write a positive message, it can reach people and their hearts. I want to address the topics from our society that highlight spirituality and morality.

Everything began with a dream I saw in late 2025. In that dream, I saw myself sitting on a stool with a paintbrush in my hand and a canvas in front of me on which I was painting a deep picture. The apparent view represents a sea and a shore, and a man wearing a costume of a fighter was lying on the shore. The water from the sea was touching his body, and the other half was on the shore. He was on the verge of drowning. In the same moment within the dream, I blinked my eyes and saw myself standing in the painting on the same shore, and the man was resting in front of me. Meanwhile, a soft, feather-like voice echoed in the dream. “These are brave men; save them from drowning.” And the dream ended on this deep note. I didn’t grasp the full meaning, and it pulled me into a deeper thought.

Later on, I realized something, as I was a great observer of this society. When I was in my first year of college, I read a poem in my Urdu subject named “Man”. The poem highlights the difference between people from primitive times and modern men. The difference was evident; the ancient men had no ego, as they enjoyed equality more than modern men.

Now, the wealthy are the king, and the poor are the slaves. No matter what, the destitute people had to suffer because of the rich. Moreover, the factor of “Respect” is measured based on how much a person belongs. What a low mindset! I mean, no humanity is left.

That dream taught me something, and I would love to write a novel on it.

The Message of a Dream:

The ‘sea’ demonstrates the richness, wealth, and beauty of the world. The ‘shore’ represents the edge where one can save oneself from drowning. The ‘man’ represents a brave person. Now, let me break it. The sea represents richness and wealth, as it has millions of drops; it depicts beauty, as lots of people admire it.

The shore represents an edge that can help a person think consciously. If a person is standing on a shore, it is up to the person whether they want to drown or protect themselves. The sea shows the beauty, jewels, and luxuries of the world, but its depth will surely drown a person. It’s up to him if he thinks consciously and prevents himself from danger.

The image of a brave man means he carries a stalwart spirit within himself. Every person has a hidden talent within them; they only need to search for it and allow their heart to follow.

For this purpose, he needs to purify his soul spiritually, too. After the death of a person, the body decomposes, and what is left is ‘the soul’, which travels to the other world. This depicts the image of ‘good deeds.’ The only thing that will stay when people die is the soul that carries good or bad deeds. And of course, we have to be accountable on this basis in front of our Lord.

At last, a quote to sum up this dream:

“You can be hopeless for a moment when your poor soul is stuck on a shore, between an ocean of peace and an ocean of crowds, but ways are wide, prominent by light; you just need eyes to see, a heart to believe, and a light to follow.”
