· First Phase Target: 7,680 flats across 16 assembly constituencies in Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, and Rangareddy districts.

Eligibility & Rules

· Income Limit: Maximum annual household income of ₹6 lakh.

· Ownership Rule: Must not own a house or land plot inside the Outer Ring Road (ORR) limits.

· Lock-in Period: 10-year restriction on selling or renting the allotted flat.
