But amidst all these changes, one timeless piece continues to hold its grace, charm, and relevance… and thats

The skirt

Growing up, I always wondered why so many women who didn’t wear sarees chose skirts so naturally. And one day, it finally made sense to me — a skirt beautifully bridges the gap between the elegance of a saree and the ease of western wear.

In my parents era , it was part of a journey: From a playful childhood skirt, to the graceful long skirt, to the half saree, and eventually, the timeless full saree.

For them it was never just about clothing. It was about growing, evolving, exploring comfort, confidence, culture, and elegance all at once.

Today, skirts have become more than tradition or transition. They represent freedom, comfort, femininity, travel, memories, vacations, movement, and personal style.

And honestly… I’ll always be a skirt girl.
