Remote Viewing Meditation: The Practice That Quiets the Mind and Opens Perception
Most people come to meditation for the same reasons: to quiet a restless mind, deepen focus, develop intuition, and step back from the constant noise of the ego. These are real and worthy goals.
Remote viewing meditation pursues exactly those goals, but through a different door. It is a structured method of extrasensory perception in which you reach a calm, alert state and direct your attention toward a target you cannot see with the five senses. To do this well, you must develop the very qualities meditators spend years cultivating: stillness, open attention, and freedom from inner commentary.
The difference is participation. Classical meditation asks you to rest in awareness. Remote viewing meditation asks you to use that awareness actively, to perceive something real beyond the senses and then check it against reality. The feedback loop makes the practice unusually engaging, and the focus it demands often arrives faster than with purely passive techniques.
