Thanks for the help Chris, and huge appreciation for putting your sons in Muay Thai at such a young age. Almost everyone who tries martial arts wishes why had started sooner, so helping them to start now is a wonderful gift to give your children. Since you like martial arts and have a good perspective on this topic, I was wondering what you thought about the way martial arts inspire confidence. Do you think that training in effective martial arts inspires confidence in the same way as training in ineffective martial arts? Or, is there a difference between confidence based on real understanding and confidence based on misunderstanding?
