Why I Started Soul and Mind: A Journey Toward Inner Strength

When I look at today’s students, I see incredible potential. They are intelligent, creative, and ambitious. Yet, behind many bright smiles lies stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and the constant pressure to keep up with the world around them.

That realization became the beginning of Soul and Mind.

I founded Soul and Mind with one simple belief : education should not only prepare students for a career — it should prepare them for life.

In schools and colleges, students spend years learning mathematics, science, languages, and technology. These subjects are essential, but there is another education that is equally important — the education of the mind, emotions, and character.

At Soul and Mind, we help students understand themselves. We introduce spirituality not as a religion, but as a way of living with awareness, gratitude, responsibility, and inner peace. Our sessions encourage students to think clearly, manage emotions, respect others, and give their best in every situation.
