First on my list is Target. Your commercial with people shopping in a fantasy store with neatly place products and selfing. It is for some reason annoying with the popping sound when people take the product off the self. Just to let you know I do not remember any of the products shown in the commercial.

Fandango at Home is next on my list. Why won’t you allow more than one credit card or debt card as a payment method. Second thing is I can only buy or rent one item at a time. Sometimes I like to buy or rent more than one movie or series at time. Especially with a very good sale on your site.

Next up is Credit Karma. Really for me having another credit card is not the answer to my credit score. Also, getting a loan to pay off my credit card debt is not the answer either. A hard inquiry hits my credit score. It does not need another hit. I thought you were supposed to help people get their credit under control.

Next is not a particular company it is Online Shopping sites. Sharing my information with third parties should not be part of your terms of use. Not giving people a way to opt out is not good customer service. I give you more information than you really need for me to buy something from you as it is.

Next is a site that is not retail. Substack why do make it so hard to change the payment method for my subscriptions or check the amount I am paying? I should not have to click through three or four links. Why not have a link on the left on your site or under Profile.

Last for this grumpy musing list is Pinterest but certainly not least. Sending me emails with subjects of Obsessed or Your vibe are cringey. See what I did there. Your AI does not really know my “vibe” or what I am “obessed” with. I do not share everything I do online. Having an AI tell me what my vibe is very off putting.
