You Are Not the Smartphone. You Are the “Administrator” Operating It.

Everyone is swayed by their daily “emotions.”

Even if you think you’ve dealt with them like an adult, those suppressed emotions are simply stored away in the hidden folders of your mind. They act as invisible background processes, constantly interrupting your thoughts and actions. That is how people continuously lose their system resources to joy, anger, and sadness.

Why do emotions naturally hijack our thoughts and actions so easily? The reason is simple: We mistakenly believe, “These emotions are me.” The “you” who is thinking is, of course, you. But because you also believe the “emotion itself” is you, the system becomes entirely assimilated.

Let me be direct. Emotions are merely one of the “features” built into the human hardware.

Originally, the true entity that is “you” (your soul) does have reactions like joy, but honestly, that alone doesn’t provide a strong physical sensation in this 3D world. Even if you feel “happy,” it’s just an elegant, faint smile.

However, by installing the powerful optional feature called “Emotion”-designed to make experiencing the Earth environment more vibrant-that same “happy” is amplified into a full-body vibration of “I am SO HAPPY!”

Emotions are wonderful optional features meant to color your world. But if you mistake them for the “True You,” you will be completely swallowed up by this intense stimulus (which is almost like an addictive drug).

Stop assimilating with your emotions and viewing the world under their control. If you can separate yourself from your emotions and adopt the stance of “using emotions as a tool when necessary,” the load on your life will decrease dramatically.

This is very easy to understand if we use a video game metaphor. When you are playing an FPS (First-Person Shooter) game, you feel genuine terror when an enemy suddenly attacks. That’s because the screen is you.

However, if you pull the camera back to a TPS (Third-Person Shooter) perspective, looking down at the entire scene from behind your character, that sudden terror vanishes. You can calmly react, “Ah, an enemy is approaching from the right.”

The moment you realize, “Ah, I am feeling really frustrated right now”-at that exact second, your camera has already pulled back to the third-person (5D) perspective. You have successfully stepped out of the “frustrated emotion” and sat in the “Administrator’s” seat to observe it.
