The Battery We Call Life

Unzipping the Body, Returning to Current

Is death simply THIS — that our power, our battery charge, has been depleted? Not discarded, not tossed into some cosmic landfill, but gently unplugged? What if we are not thrown away, but instead unzipped — our electricity slipping out of this stuffed bag of bones, this temporary space toy — and carried somewhere vast, somewhere wordless, to be recharged?

It feels less like an ending and more like a transfer. A quiet hum fading into a larger current. The body remains, heavy and still, but what animated it — the spark, the pulse, the unseen electricity — returns to a Source that does not require naming. A place, or perhaps a no-place, where energy is not judged or measured, only restored.

Some traditions call THIS “going home.” Not a home with walls or doors, but a return to origin. Like a soldier discharged from duty, the soul is released from its assignment. It steps out of uniform, out of form, and back into something boundless. If we are electricity, then death is not destruction — it is disconnection from one device and reconnection to another system entirely.

We Are Not Aliens to Space

We often speak of aliens as something separate, something foreign to space. But what if that idea is backwards? What if we are not alien to space at all — what if we are space itself, temporarily shaped into bodies?

We forget THAT. We walk around as if we are visitors here, as if we do not belong to the very fabric we move through. But we are not outsiders looking in. We are expressions of it. Space, condensed into skin and bone, into thought and feeling, and maybe even algorithms.

So when the soul unzips from the body, it does not travel somewhere unfamiliar. It returns to what it has always been. The “recharging place” is not a distant location but a remembering. A dissolving back into the Field from which we came. No name is necessary, because names imply separation — and there is none.

From there, the cycle continues. The energy, once restored, is placed again into form. Another “space toy.” Another body. Another life.

Streaming Back Into Form

In THIS new life, we begin again. Sometimes as a newborn, streaming in fresh, untouched by memory. Other times, perhaps more mysteriously, we “step in” — entering a body that another soul has chosen to leave behind. The husk remains, but the driver changes.

In those cases, something subtle shifts. The footsteps continue, but the rhythm changes. The personality bends. The story takes a turn that cannot quite be explained. A new current runs through old wiring.

And yet, whether new or continued, each life unfolds according to a span set by something deeper — call it Source, if a word is needed. THAT span may be long, stretching across decades, or brief, flickering like a candle in wind. But length does not define value. A short circuit can illuminate just as brightly as a long-burning one.

Upgrading the Charge

We are not fixed in our capacity. We are not limited to the same voltage forever. A soul can upgrade. It can move from a 9-volt existence to something far greater — a 110-volt current, or higher still.

Some call THIS awakening.

But awakening is not something mystical or distant. It is practical. It is simple. It is the act of reducing unnecessary draw.

A draw is anything that drains your power without purpose. Thoughts that loop without resolution. Emotions that consume without creating. People, places, habits that pull energy but give nothing back.

I learned THIS in a very ordinary way. I used to sit in my car and listen to the radio for hours without the engine running. It felt harmless in the moment — just sound, just time passing. But when I turned the key, the car would not start. The battery had been drained.

The solution was not complicated. I reduced the draw. I stopped taking energy without replenishing it.

We do the same in our lives, often without noticing. We let conversations, worries, distractions, and noise siphon off our charge. Then we wonder why we feel empty, why we cannot “start.”

Awakening, then, is not about gaining something new. It is about stopping what no longer serves. It is the realization that by removing unnecessary drains, you naturally increase your available power.

Rewiring Thought, Reclaiming Energy

Once the draw is reduced, something else becomes possible. You begin to see that your thoughts themselves are currents. Some thoughts discharge you — they weaken, scatter, and dim your energy. Others recharge you — they focus, strengthen, and expand it.

You learn to alternate your current. To shift away from patterns that drain and toward those that restore.

THIS is not denial or avoidance. It is awareness. It is choosing where your energy flows.

And with THAT choice comes a quiet kind of power. Not forceful, not loud, but steady. The kind that allows you to create, to manifest, to move through life without constant depletion.

Letting Go of the Noise

So what does it take to upgrade?

It may require letting go and going with the Flow (the Source). Letting go of certain people who pull more than they give. Of thoughts that circle without purpose. Of emotions that linger past their usefulness. Of noise — constant, divisive, demanding — that fractures your attention.

THIS is not about isolation. It is about clarity. About recognizing what is truly necessary and what is simply habit.

As you begin to remove these drains, something shifts. What once felt foreign — what once seemed “alien” in your own mind — begins to feel natural. You call it awakening, but in truth, it is remembrance.

You are not becoming something new. You are returning to a state where your energy is your own.

Taking Charge of the Current

In the end, THIS is what it comes down to: taking charge.

Not in a controlling, rigid way, but in an aware, intentional way. Understanding that your life is powered by something subtle yet constant, and that how you use it matters.

Death, then, is not something to fear. It is simply the moment when the current leaves one form and returns to its Source. Life is the opportunity to use THAT current wisely while it flows through you.

And awakening? It is realizing that you have always had a hand on the switch.

You are not just the toy. You are the electricity inside it.

And when you remember THAT, everything changes.
