it’s not about time

They are the place I return to, the place I come back to just to meet and share the activities I have been through without them. Sharing life stories with them fills my soul and makes my heart whole.

I’m so grateful to have met them. It can be said that the year I spent with them was a time when I felt embraced by the world, a time when everything was in my favor and everything felt easy and enjoyable.

Sometimes, when my day is heavy, I’m drawn to reminisce about the memories I shared with them, and it lightens my burden, replacing it with the weight of longing for them.

Right now, we are not in the same place, but I believe that prayers will bring us closer together. Those rare meetings will be the best medicine to calm my soul and make me feel safe, I hope you are always safe.

We haven’t been together for more than a decade, but I feel like I have found a home when I am with them. I have learned many valuable things from them, such as appreciating time.
