The Runway Files #10 — Nostalgia
Today I opened a math textbook for the first time in a while.
Geometry. Area of a trapezoid. Volume of a cone. The Pythagorean theorem sitting there like an old friend who never left.
It felt nostalgic. Not in a bad way but in a “I learned this sitting in a classroom in Jhapa and somehow I’m now using it to get to MIT” kind of way. The same formulas. A completely different reason to know them.
One hour. That’s all I gave it today.
Some days the work is quiet. You sit with formulas, remember where you learned them, and remind yourself why you’re relearning them.
That’s enough for today.
The runway isn’t going anywhere.
