Push vs Pull
Just a simple talk.
Push vs Pull
Just a simple talk.
A talk about:
How to find your own self-love language ?
Because now, we already understand one thing — Self-love is personal.
And as I promised earlier, I shared my own self-love language with you. Mine was writing.
So now, it’s your turn to explore yours. Sounds interesting, right?
It Takes Time
I know this is not easy.
Because finding your love language is not like understanding someone else.
It is about understanding yourself.
And honestly, that takes time. Not because it is impossible, but because it requires true insight.
Push vs Pull
When I think about self-love and love language, one concept always comes to my mind.
I’ve already mentioned it in my book and previous blogs too: Push vs Pull
It sounds very simple. But it has a deep meaning.
So let me ask you:
Have you found something in life that pulls you?
Because when you truly love something… It pulls you naturally.
And when you constantly need to push yourself to do something, maybe it is important… but maybe it is not love.
Now don’t misunderstand this in a narrow way.
Think about it practically and positively.
Let Me Explain
I love writing blogs. Not only because of reach. But because something mysterious happens.
Every Sunday, my mind naturally wants to write.
No one forces me. No one reminds me. I don’t need motivation for it.
It simply pulls me.
And that feeling is different.
But Real Life Is More Practical
Now I know what you might say:
“There are many important things in life that don’t pull us naturally, but we still have to do them.”
And honestly —
I completely agree with you.
There are responsibilities, duties, studies, work… And sometimes we must push ourselves to complete them.
That’s real life.
In the next blog, we’ll talk deeply about: Because that’s an important conversation too.
A Small Exercise for You
For today, I just want you to do one small exercise.
Take a paper. List all the activities you do in your day.
Then divide them into two columns:
Pulls (Activities you naturally enjoy doing) AND Push (Activities you force yourself to do)
And while doing this exercise, don’t judge yourself.
Just observe honestly.

Because maybe…
Your self-love language is hidden inside the things that naturally pull you.
