The Little Mermaid And Her Disgruntled Baby Daddy Part 2: Halle Bailey Needs To Take DDG To Court!

When videos of DDG’s telling of his custody woes with Halle Bailey went public, many people weren’t convinced that he was telling the truth. I know, I wasn’t. If he was truly being kept away from seeing Halo, he would have gone to court to resolve this issue. Instead, he is lashing out like a crazy person. He even released a track called “Don’t Take My Son Away,” to reinforce his stance. With this said, Halle Bailey should recover from her illness and take this man to court to protect herself and Halo from his manipulative games, rants, and schemes.

In precarious situations, such as Halle Bailey and DDG’s, I believe that the law should intervene. Particularly when it comes to settling child custody issues. The way that DDG is escalating this situation makes it clearer than ever that court intervention is the best way to resolve this matter.

My suggestions for Halle Bailey or any mother in a similar situation are:

1. File documentation about DDG or any man’s antics that may cause harm to you or the child/children.
2. Get a lawyer to represent you in the court case.
3. Lay out a custody agreement that is beneficial to you, the child, and the father of the child.
4. In the case of DDG and other emotionally immature “fathers,” there should be supervised visits so that their behavior wouldn’t pose any harm to their children.
5. Get a gag order on him to restrict him from mentioning you in public.
6. Put him on child support. He should be paying his part when it comes to the expenses of childcare.

For the sake of Halle Bailey and Halo, there should be legal precedents put in place to protect them. These precedents should ensure that DDG doesn’t show up at their home without Halle’s permission. Or go online to spew vitriol against her. DDG should pay child support for any expenses related to Halo’s education, healthcare, and upkeep. A baby is not a doll that you can show off on social media. Halo is a human being that deserves to be loved and cared for. Both parents, especially DDG, need to put aside their differences and co-parent, efficiently, for his sake.

Ultimately, I believe that the well-being of Halo comes first. Halle Bailey should prioritize him and ensure that his father doesn’t use him as cannon fodder in the upcoming custody battle. DDG believes that he can evade the involvement of the law but his actions are escalating the possibility of a custody battle in court. The court needs to be involved and implement much of everything that I have written above to uphold the safety of Halo and Halle Bailey from DDG’s games and manipulations.
