Refuse complacency with full commitment. Relentlessly challenge your limits and study your beliefs until your last breath. Continually strive for growth, never settling where you are.

A strong refusal to give up; almost like an allergic reaction. Not to back down, no matter how strong the opposing reason. The battle was always internal. Had I the courage to look within, I would have discovered the outside world as nothing but a bully. And when you take a stand against bullying, the beard comes off.

If you think you can’t, ask yourself why. Observe nature and find the fierce drive to assert yourself. Challenge the notion that progress requires transactional exchanges; commit to authenticity instead.

Give your all, even for what you’ve never owned. Only in giving freely can you truly receive, experiencing the purpose and connection that comes from contribution.

You’re not defeated by guilt. Look up, face it, and boldly say: you intrude on my thoughts, but I judge you as nothing more than weeds to be cleared away.

Come united. Come together. Recognize humanity’s oneness. Focus on kindness. With so much hate, unity has the strength of billions racing toward a single goal: equity and a world on equal terms.

A leverage or bargaining power we hold in our hearts, if only we harness it like a wind turbine that, once up and running, fuels itself on its own. A desire to embrace virtue and oppose vice.

No matter how you start, take action. Every movement forward is vital because taking action is what defines and sustains life.

Critically, you’ll find me deep in depression but with a very strong urge to do what is right and not what is easy.
