🚀 Building a DeFi Staking Platform on SecureChain AI — My EtherAuthority Final Project Journey

Introduction

Decentralized Finance (DeFi) has transformed the way users interact with financial systems by removing intermediaries and enabling transparent, blockchain-based transactions.

As my Final Project for the EtherAuthority Web3+AI Internship, I developed and deployed a DeFi Staking Platform on SecureChain AI (SCAI) Mainnet. This project provided valuable hands-on experience in smart contract development, wallet integration, blockchain transactions, and decentralized application development.

The DeFi Staking Platform allows users to securely stake ETH and earn rewards through a decentralized staking mechanism.

The application integrates directly with a Solidity smart contract deployed on SecureChain AI Mainnet and provides a simple interface for users to manage their staking activities.

📜 Smart Contract Features

1. Stake ETH

Users can deposit ETH into the staking contract and begin earning rewards.

2. Withdraw ETH

Users can withdraw part or all of their staked ETH at any time.

3. Reward Calculation

Rewards are calculated based on the amount of ETH staked and staking duration.

4. Claim Rewards

Users can claim their accumulated rewards directly from the platform.

5. Balance Tracking

The contract keeps track of each user’s staking balance and rewards.

While building this project, I encountered several challenges:
