From Glossary to Governance: Key Terms, Stress Tests, and Policy-as-Code in ASES-SAI

Introduction Governance of Self-Advancing Intelligence (SAI) requires more than principles. It requires clear definitions, measurable indicators, stress tests, and enforceable rules.

The Applied Self-Evolving Science (ASES-SAI) Framework provides a complete toolkit — from glossary terms to governance indicators, from stress testing to policy-as-code.

1. The Glossary of SAI Governance ASES-SAI introduces precise scientific terms:

• Objective Drift Index (A-ODI): Measures deviation from original objectives.
• Amplification Coefficient (A-AC): Quantifies recursive acceleration.
• Sovereign Support Adjustment Factor (SSAF): Protects weaker states.
• Orthogonality Guard: Prevents goal divergence.
• Immunity Protocol: Stops collapse from spreading system-wide.
