Who Is Chand Latif? Full Stack Developer, FlutterFlow Certified Expert and Founder of Granyyte

Hi, I’m Chand Latif, a full stack software developer from Sialkot, Pakistan, and the founder of Granyyte, my independent software studio. If you’ve landed here after seeing my work somewhere, this post is the full picture of who I am, what I build, and how I work.

My story

I started writing code over four years ago, building websites with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. That early front end work taught me the fundamentals, but I found my real direction when I moved into mobile development. I spent more than three years as a Flutter and FlutterFlow developer at a software house called Patronecs, where I built and shipped apps for international clients: marketplace apps, inspection tools, internal business systems, payment gateway integrations and more, all deployed to the App Store and Google Play.

Along the way I became a certified FlutterFlow Expert, a credential that FlutterFlow gives to developers who prove deep knowledge of the platform.

About a year ago I went fully independent and founded Granyyte. Today I work with clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and beyond, building mobile apps, web platforms and custom software.

What I build

Mobile apps with Flutter and FlutterFlow. I’ve shipped consumer apps like Bilge AI, a Turkish first AI assistant that brings Claude, GPT, Gemini and Grok into one app, Poland Portal, a lifestyle app for expats and tourists in Poland, Zwipe, a swipe friendly car marketplace for the UAE with real time chat, and Mindful Mantra, a meditation app with a custom audio engine.

Web platforms and websites with React and Next.js, like the corporate site I built for Space Maintenance, a UK building repairs firm.

Custom software and internal tools. My favorite recent project is the Space Maintenance Ops Platform, an internal job management system that runs a UK surveyor led reinstatement firm end to end, from claim intake to contractor scheduling to final sign off. Before it, the company ran on spreadsheets and WhatsApp.

How I work

My stack

Flutter, FlutterFlow, Dart and Firebase for mobile. React, Next.js and TypeScript for web. Node.js, Supabase and PostgreSQL for backends. I also use AI assisted development tools like Claude Code daily, which lets me ship faster without cutting corners.
