My LTIMindtree now LTM Interview Experience

I recently went through the recruitment process at LTIMindtree (LTI) and was selected for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). The entire process consisted of four rounds.

Round 1: Online Assessment

The first round was an online assessment of 110 minutes. It consisted of the following sections:

• Logical, Quantitative & Analytical Ability
• Computer Programming
• Computer Science Fundamentals
• English Comprehension
• Spoken English

Overall, the difficulty level of this round was easy to moderate.

Round 2: AI Interview

Candidates shortlisted from the online test were invited for an AI-based virtual interview. The questions were mostly based on the projects mentioned in the resume. Toward the end, we were required to solve a coding question live using our preferred programming language. The coding problem was relatively easy, and the project-related questions were straightforward.

Round 3: Technical Interview

Shortlisted candidates were then invited for a technical interview conducted virtually.

The interview began with a brief self-introduction, followed by questions on:

• OOPs concepts
• Basic DBMS concepts
• SQL queries

The interviewer also asked me to:

• Write code to implement runtime polymorphism
• Write a program to check whether a number is an Armstrong number

The interview lasted around 25–30 minutes and went smoothly.

Round 4: HR Interview

The final round was the HR interview, which was more conversational. Some of the questions included:

• Why do you want to join LTIMindtree?
• Are you willing to relocate?
• Are you comfortable working in different shifts?

This round lasted about 10–15 minutes.
