I buy paperbacks from Amazon, and I have a Kindle Unlimited subscription. Let me talk about the book I have read recently.

After watching a documentary on Joan Didion on Netflix, I felt inspired to buy her book ‘We Tell Ourselves Stories in Order to Live.” It is a high-quality book. I have read only a few pages. I need to complete.

This book is ‘Nature’s Garden’ by Samuel Thayer. As someone with an interest in and a practice of foraging, it is an interesting book.

A book I had purchased after the passing of my father to make sense of it, and I loved it. It’s about the tradition of last poem writing among Zen monks, before their deaths.

It’s a good book for nature lovers. I am halfway through it. Got the paperback, so I can underline, a habit that’s very effective for me.

Completed the book ‘ The Alchemist’ for the second time. It is worth threading a second time, I guess.

Beginner’s Guide to Forest Therapy is a book by Khateja Kadir. It talks about forest therapy (or Shinrin-yoku). These mindfulness practices help in stress relief and promote well-being.

I have been immersing in nature, so it’s not new information to me. It may be helpful to many.

The Book of Life: Daily Meditations with Krishnamurti is a book by Jiddu Krishnamurti.

It has hundreds of short daily reflections on diverse topics like fear, love, freedom, attachment, self-knowledge, meditation, and awareness.

It advises knowing oneself deeply and being aware. It may appeal to those seeking clarity and spiritual fulfillment.
