Coding is not the only kind of tech position to consider, and some of the most well-paying jobs now do not involve any coding. With businesses pursuing automation, digital trust, data visibility, and smooth user functionalities, there is a new pool of underestimated skills that is overtaking the developer jobs in the background. These competencies are valuable, demand break-even, and unbelievably available.

zero coding? Sounds fantastic, right? But it’s true.
We usually think of the successful side of technology as a guy webstroker typing frantic lines of code in his darkened room. But behind all the refined products, secure network, intelligent dashboard, or friendly experience, there is a person who has never even heard of Python or Java.
Do you know what’s funny? The world continues to be obsessed with programming: boot-camps, online classes, challenges to learn to code in 30 days, but the technology sector itself is also changing. The number of non-coding specialists is increasing, above all in companies. Why? Technology is no longer simply the construction of things. It has to do with relating, locking, interpreting, condensing, and generalising them.
And here is the twist: The positions are being filled more critically than companies can find people to fill them.
