while scrolling through my drive

Looking for a completely different file,

I came across this photograph.

And suddenly I was back in that moment again.

This was from 2024–25, When I had the honor of receiving this recognition on stage. At the time, it felt like a proud milestone, but looking at it today, what stood out to me wasn’t the award itself.

It was everything behind that moment.

The years of work.

The late discussions with the team.

The risks taken while building projects and relationships.

The trust that buyers, partners, and colleagues placed in us along the way.

Awards are special, no doubt.

But they are really just a reflection of the journey that leads to them.

And that journey is never built alone. It belongs to the teams that work tirelessly behind the scenes, the partners who believe in your vision, and the people who trust you with their decisions.

Seeing this picture today reminded me of one simple thing: Recognition may come in a moment, but the work that creates it happens over years. Grateful for the journey so far and even more excited for what lies ahead.
